Glevmo takes away the whole mobility issue from organisation involved in planning events of any sort and size. Prior to the whole project, one or more of our professionals will meet with you to walk through the ideas you have got concerning off-site management. We will look at how the visitors of your event, will be travelling towards the site; will they go by car, or carpool with friends; is there access to public transport, or are there organisations planning to come by bus; where will your visitors have access to parking sites, and is there need for a kiss and ride. You, as an organiser to this event, might be stuck with all sorts of questions concerning managing these factors or even about permits to realise all this.
With our knowledge and experience we can help any organisation getting approval from the right municipalities or other organisation involved. Applying for permits and meeting with (local) government organisations and emergency services to show them that you have got everything covered by hiring a professional organisation like Glevmo.
We will secure all this information in to a traffic plan. By doing this you, and all involved parties, will get a clear image of what happens off site of the terrain where the event will take place. Besides that, there is also the possibility, especially with larger scale events, to simulate with the number of visitors that is going to attend your event. Because of this, you can calculate a specific amount of visitors you can allow onto the terrain without endangering safety
